Neurofeedback

Using brain mapping technology, we measure brainwave activity in real time. Through guided feedback, like interactive games or videos, your brain learns to recognize and correct unhealthy patterns on its own.

Over time, this can lead to better regulation, improved performance, and a more balanced nervous system.

The process starts with a brain mapping assessment (QEEG) to identify areas of imbalance, followed by a personalized training plan and a series of training sessions, with progress tracked and adjusted along the way.

Brain mapping first

A QEEG assessment identifies imbalances before any training plan is built.

No medication

Training relies on real-time feedback, not a prescription.

Progress tracked over time

Sessions are monitored and adjusted as your brain optimizes.

Think of it like a mirror for your brain

Just like a mirror helps you adjust your posture, neurofeedback gives your brain real-time insight into how it is functioning.

With that feedback, your brain naturally begins to self-correct: no force, no medication, just better awareness and improved function.

How it works

Brain mapping

The QEEG assessment measures your brainwave activity and identifies areas of imbalance.

Personalized plan

Your results generate a custom training protocol tailored to your brain.

Training sessions

You relax while your brain learns through real-time feedback.

Track progress

We monitor improvements and adjust as your brain optimizes.

Decision time

When you are feeling better, you have a decision to make. Will you continue with the care necessary to fully heal soft tissues, or abandon the investment that you have made so far?

When you continue your care, visits are less frequent, and progress will be less dramatic. If you end your care before fully healing muscles and soft tissues, you can invite a relapse. Whatever your choice, we are here to serve and help support you in your decision.
